Our Needle-Punched Upholstery Felt is an essential heavy-duty insulator used in high-quality furniture manufacturing, mattress production, and reupholstery. Made from dense, compacted recycled fibers, it creates a tough protective barrier between metal springs or wood frames and the outer foam padding. Key Features: Spring & Foam Protection: Prevents inner springs from poking through or degrading upper foam layers over time. Noise Reduction & Insulation: Dampens spring friction noise and provides additional thermal cushioning. Weight Distribution: Enhances seat firmness and distributes body weight evenly across the frame. Tear Resistant: High-tensile fiber structure designed to withstand heavy, continuous pressure. Applications: Mattress manufacturing (spring isolator layer). Sofa, armchair, and sectional seat construction. Automotive interior lining and acoustic dampening projects.
