1. Seller details

The online store akramconfort.com is operated by AKRAM CONFORT SRL, tax ID (CIF) RO34886891, trade register no. J34/318/2016, with its registered office at Sos. Alexandrie Nr. 147, Bragadiru, Jud. Ilfov.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity, are not limited by these terms.

3. Products and prices

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON). The final price including all applicable taxes, and the delivery cost, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you submit your order.

Some products are sold per piece, per metre or per another unit shown on the product page. Products made to your dimensions (for example foam cut to order) are made to your specifications.

Descriptions and images are for information; small differences in colour or appearance are possible. If we notice an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

4. Placing and confirming an order

You place an order by adding products to your cart, entering your delivery and billing details, choosing a payment method and submitting the order.

The contract is concluded when we confirm the order. We may refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons (for example, out of stock or incorrect details), in which case we will inform you and refund any amount paid.

5. Payment

The available payment methods are those shown at checkout (for example cash on delivery).

With cash on delivery, you pay the courier the order total when the parcel is handed over.

6. Delivery

We deliver across Romania through FAN Courier. The delivery cost depends on the type of products ordered and is shown on each product page and in the shopping cart before you place the order. Estimated delivery time: 3-10 working days.

You may also choose to collect your order from our warehouse in Bragadiru (Sos. Alexandrie Nr. 147, Bragadiru, Jud. Ilfov) at no delivery cost, if that option is available at checkout.

Please check the parcel when it arrives; if you see visible damage, tell the courier and let us know as soon as possible.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The conditions, the exceptions (including products made to your dimensions) and the procedure are described in the Return policy.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Products come with the legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery, under OUG no. 140/2021. Additional commercial guarantee: [TO BE COMPLETED].

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products, from delays caused by force majeure or by factors beyond our control, or from use of the site contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, images, logo, design) belongs to AKRAM CONFORT SRL or its partners and is protected by law. Reproducing it without our written consent is prohibited.

11. Personal data

We process your data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as explained in the Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint you can write to akramconfort@gmail.com; we try to resolve it amicably. You may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and use alternative dispute resolution (SAL).

These contracts are governed by Romanian law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date you place an order applies to that order.
